          "text": "وقد ضمت كل تشالة عددا من عمال النقل - الحمالين - الذين تخصصوا في تنزيل البضائع من البوم الى التشالة بمساعدة بحاره السفينة، لتتوجه من هناك الى الفرضة لانزالها وعدها وتسجيلها من قبل موظف الجمارك تمهيدا لدفع الضرائب ثم نقلها الى مخازن الفرضة ليتصرف بها التاجر كيفما يشاء وتعود التشاشيل المستخدمة في النقل لعدد من التجار والنواخذة الذين يتفقون مع التنديل للقيام بذلك العمل، ويعمل تحت امرة التنديل اكثر من مئة عامل بشكل دائم، بالاضافة الى اعداد كبيرة من العمال المؤقتين، الذين يقوم التنديل من خلالهم بتنظيم عملية النقل والتنزيل واداراتها وتحديد الزامات الورديات، وتقسيم العمل بين الحمالين.\nAnd each taššāla had a number of stevedores – carriers – which were specialized in loading the wares from the būm to the taššāla with the help of the mariners of the ship, heading from there to the port to launch it and make it ready and to sign with the customs officials to arrange the payment of the levies, then moving to the storerooms of the port so the merchants can wield as it lists them, and the taššalas used in the movement belonging to a number of merchants and shipowners who have convened with the chief sailor go on to undertake this work, and under the order of the chief sailor there work more than hundred workers continuously, in addition to large numbers of temporary workers, between whom the chief sailor organizes the process of moving and loading and its managing and determining the needs for shifts, and the division of labor between the carriers.",
